North Delta, is a fast growing community situated in the Metro Vancouver area of British Columbia, Canada. The community is the most populous of the three communities (North Delta, Ladner, and Tsawwassen) that make up the municipality of Delta, the largest municipality of the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Located at the delta of the Fraser River and having rich soils and water, Delta is one of the most important agricultural areas in Metro Vancouver.

Just 27 kilometers from Vancouver and located close to the U.S. border, Delta is home to many people who prefer to live and raise their families in safe, quiet neighborhoods, surrounded by nature, and, if necessary, to commute every day to other cities to work. Delta is ideal for nature lovers with its parks, bike and walking trails, islands and wildlife. Alongside North Delta is Burns Bog, the largest raised peat urban bog in North America, and together with Watershed Park provides a myriad of walking and biking trails, home to many artesian aquifers. 

A network of buses and community shuttles run through Delta and provide public transit connections, and the neighboring highway network provide easy driving connections, to Vancouver and its various suburbs and to the U.S. border.
